www.housing4offenders.com

ADDRESS: PO Box 607096, Orlando FL 32860

PHONE: 407-548-4623

EMAIL: info@housing4offenders.com

DETAILS: Housing ex-offenders requires that our homes meet a wide range of restrictions. Each house is approved by the FLDOC, FDLE, and probation for the majority of criminal backgrounds, including sex offenders.

  • Monthly rent starts at $500/mo. Amenities include bedroom furnishings, cable services, washer and dryer, kitchen/dining area use, water, and electric. First month’s rent and 1 month’s rent due as security to move-in; males only but some options may be open to couples.
  • Housing4Offenders offers rooms for rent throughout the Orlando area that are all-inclusive and move-in ready. In cases where the offender’s release is still a couple of months out, it is far more advantageous to pay rent for those months and have a guaranteed placement rather than wait closer to release date and there not be any vacancies at that time.
  • Phoenix Housing doesn’t currently offer the structured programming that is offered by halfway houses or aftercare programs. Residents provide care, meals, and transportation for themselves.
